Stir-Fry Fruited Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk bunch celery
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1 c. diced, unpeeled red apple
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Slice celery diagonally about 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick (or thicker if you like).
    In a large skillet or wok, heat oil until very hot.
    Add celery and onions; saute 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add apple, raisins, salt and ginger; saute 3 minutes or just until celery is tender-crisp.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
