The One And Only Best Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 c. oil (vegetable)
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together into large bowl.
    Add carrots and oil and mix well by hand.
    Add eggs and beat by hand until well mixed.
    Blend in nuts.
    Bake in greased and floured tube or Bundt pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Do not frost.
    (If your oven tends to run hot, bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes.)
