Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can creamed corn
1 c. milk
1 well beaten egg
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs (Ritz)
Preparation

Heat corn and milk, gradually stirring in eggs.
Add next 3 ingredients and a dash of pepper.
Mix well.
Pour into a greased 8-inch round baking dish.
Sprinkle butter crumbs over the top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serves 6.
