Hard Rock Cafe Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion
    1 green pepper
    1/4 c. celery
    3 cloves garlic
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, undrained
    2 (32 oz.) jars tomatoes
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder or to taste
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Morton Seasons
    1 to 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar or to taste
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 can chili beans
    1/2 to 1 tsp. cumin seed or to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add vegetables (onions, celery, green pepper, pimentos and garlic that have been chopped in food processor) to meat and saute a few minutes.
    In large kettle, add tomatoes, browned meat mixture, all spices and beans.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 4 to 6 hours on stove top at very low heat or place in oven and simmer at 325\u00b0 same amount of time.
