Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini

Preparation

Cream oleo, oil and sugar.
Add the eggs and beat.
Add the vanilla, sour milk and dry ingredients.
Beat well.
Stir in the grated zucchini.
You can sprinkle 1/2 cup chocolate chips and nuts on top of batter before baking, if you desire.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
