Cheesy Rice Latkes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked brown rice
    1/2 c. preshredded carrots
    3 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. preshredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Combine brown rice, carrots, egg yolks, flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
