Green Beans With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. green beans (canned or frozen)
    1 onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced (optional)
    1 Tbsp. oil or butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onions in oil; add beans, tomatoes, salt and sugar. Cook about 1 hour.
    If too juicy, add 2 tablespoons tapioca or cornstarch to thicken.
