Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen (well done), chopped up
    2 boxes spaghetti, cooked about 5 minutes in salty water, washed well and drained
    1 bunch green onions and tops
    1 bunch celery and leaves, chip fine
    1 can pimentos
    2 cans mushrooms (small)
    1 bell pepper
    1 qt. milk
    1 stick oleo or butter
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Simmer the onions, celery, pimentos, mushrooms and bell pepper in chicken broth until tender, then add chicken.
    Make medium white sauce with milk, butter, soup and cheese.
    Add spaghetti last and cook until done.
    Salt and pepper.
    English peas may be added.
