Cinnamon Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In blender container, combine eggs, milk, flour, butter or margarine, cinnamon and salt.
    Cover and blend 30 seconds or until ingredients are combined.
    Fill 6 to 8 well-greased custard cups or 2 1/2-inch muffin pans half full.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Prick tops with fork.
    Remove from custard cups.
    Serve hot with butter or margarine, if desired.
    Makes 6 to 8.
