Salmon Corn Cakes Or Tuna Corn Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon or tuna, drained and flaked
Preparation

Grease heated skillet, if necessary.
Mix eggs, flour, lemon juice, salt and pepper with hand beater until foamy.
Stir in corn and salmon (tuna).
