Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cubed, cooked potatoes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle
4 hard-cooked eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Combine potatoes, celery, onion, pickle, eggs, pimento and green peppers.
Blend mayonnaise with mustard and sweet pickle juice.
Mix mayonnaise mixture with potatoes until well coated. Add remaining ingredients.
Garnish with additional egg slices. Chill.
