Noodle Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. broad noodles
    4 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to directions.
    Drain.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
    Combine the remaining ingredients except the crumbs and fold in the egg whites.
    Transfer to a greased 1-quart souffle dish and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
    Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown.
