Ham And Cheddar Skillet Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. cooked ham, cut up
1 c. (4 oz. pkg.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Mix together Bisquick, milk, salt, pepper and eggs.
It will be a little lumpy.
Stir in ham, onion and green pepper.
