Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bread
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. meal
1/2 to 1 c. water
Preparation

Break up bread into mixing bowl.
Pour milk over it and add egg, sugar and salt.
Beat until well blended and bread is disintegrated.
Add meal and baking powder; mix.
Add enough water to make batter thin.
Pour into heavily greased pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown.
