Baked Catfish Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 skinned catfish
2 c. bread crumbs or flour
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 to 1 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Dip or brush fish with butter.
Roll in a mixture of bread crumbs or flour, cheese and lemon pepper.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
