Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium-sized potatoes, boiled in jackets
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. parsley flakes
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cube.
    Mix butter and cheese.
    Add to potatoes.
    Stir in sour cream, onion, salt, pepper and parsley flakes.
    Turn into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish (greased). Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
