Ingredients

1 lb. boiled No. 2 spaghetti
2 lb. Ricotta, creamed
10 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar (can be less)
1 Tbsp. vanilla
pie crust
Preparation

Line bottom of 2 (10-inch) pie pans with crust.
Blend all other ingredients; add to pie pans.
Add top crust.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
