Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. cocoa
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. water
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cocoa and salt in saucepan.
    Blend in water, stirring until dry ingredients are dissolved.
    Add milk and bring to boil, stirring often.
    Boil for 3 to 4 minutes until sauce thickens.
    Remove from heat and stir in butter.
    Serve hot over ice cream or topping for cake.
    Makes 1 cup.
