Kathy'S Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans chunky pineapple, drained
    5 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 roll (approximately 36) Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 or 3 tsp. pineapple juice
Preparation
    This is not a dessert.
    It is delicious served with pork, especially ham.
