Donna'S Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, sliced thick
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cook sliced carrots in salted water until tender; drain.
    Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
    Add butter and blend well. Add the eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and vanilla.
    Beat well and pour into a 1-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
    Need to double to serve 8.
