Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. olive oil
    1 egg
    1 can anchovies
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. (or to taste) chopped garlic
    1/4 to 1/2 c. grated cheese
    dash of pepper
    romaine lettuce
    croutons
Preparation
    Blend first 8 ingredients in blender.
    Cut romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
    Add croutons!
    Add dressing at time of serving (too soon, too soggy).
