Strawberry Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. plain flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) carton heavy cream, whipped with 1/4 c. powdered sugar and 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract*
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 pt. strawberry ice cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
whole fresh strawberries and 1/2 c. heavy cream whipped for garnish

Preparation

*Remove 1/2 cup for garnish.
