Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    3 Tbsp. butter or oil
    1 egg
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. flour (approximately)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Stir in remaining ingredients vigorously to make soft dough; knead.
    Allow dough to rest about 5 minutes.
    Top with favorite sauce (I use my own sauce).
    Top the sauce with pepperoni, sliced low salt hot dogs, trail bologna, browned hamburg or your choice.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella, Romano or your favorites.
    It works well to mix.
    Top with mushrooms, peppers, onions or other vegetables.
    Bake in oven at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is well browned.
    Makes one 14-inch pizza.
