Barbecue Pork Chops - cooking recipe

6 to 8 medium boneless pork chops
1 (18 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

Wash pork chops well; put salt and pepper on them.
Pour barbecue sauce into bowl.
Dip each chop into the sauce, then place in a deep baking dish.
Take remainder of sauce and add about 1/2 cup of water to it and mix.
Pour the mixture over the chops.
Take a piece of aluminum foil and place over top of the dish and put into oven and bake about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on desired tenderness.
