Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. plain flour
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. fresh pork, sliced thin
    peanut oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients to make a smooth batter.
    Dredge pork in batter.
    Heat oil to 375\u00b0 and deep-fry pork until golden brown. Drain, place in deep bowl and pour sweet and sour sauce over pork.
    Serve hot.
