Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 fish fillets
dash of lemon pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon, sliced
1/4 c. green onions
1 or 2 toes garlic
1 onion, sliced
Preparation

Line pan with foil.
Rub butter or margarine on foil.
Season both sides of fish with salt, pepper and lemon pepper if desired. Put fish on foil.
Slice lemon, green onions, garlic and onion over fish.
Seal and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Test for doneness.
If necessary, bake about 5 minutes more.
