Poulet Saute Creole(Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 double skinless, boneless chicken breasts, minced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, julienned
    1 (No. 303) can whole tomatoes, chopped, drained (keep juice)
    3 garlic cloves, chopped
    6 large mushrooms, sliced
    olive oil
    salt and pepper
    Tabasco
    thyme
    bay leaf
Preparation
    Saute chicken in olive oil, put in different pot.
    Saute green pepper, onion and mushrooms.
    Add tomatoes, garlic and seasonings. Add to chicken.
    Put in thyme, bay leaf and tomato juice.
    Bring to boil 10 minutes.
    Season to taste with Tabasco.
