Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    pinch of salt
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    2 (9-inch) frozen pie shells
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar; add beaten eggs and mix well. Add all other ingredients and stir until well mixed.
    Pour into pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
