Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

large potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
2 c. milk
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Put the potatoes, milk, salt and pepper in the top of your double boiler over boiling water.
Cook for thirty minutes.
Pour this mixture into a baking dish.
Pour cream on top and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over entire dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for twenty minutes.
