Macaroni And Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. onion, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. pimento
    7 to 8 oz. macaroni, cooked according to directions
    2 c. cooked ham, diced
    3/4 c. milk
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saut bell pepper and onion in butter for 5 minutes. Add ham and continue cooking until thoroughly heated. Combine all ingredients, except cheese. Pour into large greased casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese and return to the oven. Bake until cheese melts.
