Microwave Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. crumbled Blue or Feta cheese (about 1 oz. cheese)
    2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped walnuts
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
    Chop enough of stems to make 1/4 cup.
    Arrange half of the mushroom caps stem side up in 1-quart casserole.
    Cook covered on High 2 to 3 minutes.
    Invert caps on paper towels to drain.
    Repeat with remaining mushrooms.
