Ground Beef And Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium potatoes, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (optional)
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil in skillet.
    Add potatoes and ground beef.
    Cook until ground beef is brown and crumbly, stirring frequently; drain.
    Add 1/2 cup milk, mushrooms, soup, salt and pepper.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Spoon into 2-quart baking dish.
    Blend baking mix and 1 cup milk in bowl.
    Spoon over ground beef mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
