Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    3 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    Mix egg yolks, milk and sugar.
    Add a little milk to the cornstarch to make a paste, then add to the egg mixture.
    Cook in a double boiler until thick.
    Add vanilla.
    Cover with wax paper until completely cold.
    Add peanut butter.
    Mix with hand mixer until well blended.
