Yangtze Beef(Steak-On-Stick) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak or sizzler
Preparation
    In a medium glass bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, oil, ginger, pepper and garlic.
    Set aside and slice meat into 1/4-inch thick strips.
