Silver Queen Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fresh cut Silver Queen corn (about 3 ears)
3 c. whipping cream
6 large eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Put corn into food processor, pulse until finely chopped. Place in colander and drain 1 hour.
Combine corn with remaining ingredients and stir well.
Pour corn mixture into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until set.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Serves 8.
