Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, cut up
2 Tbsp. fat (any kind)
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 c. tomato catsup
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Heat all ingredients to boiling.
Place chicken in a baking dish.
Pour sauce over it and bake in an uncovered oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
