Artichoke Heart Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (64 oz.) can artichokes in brine, drained
1 large onion, chopped
1/3 c. Colavita olive oil
1 c. mild Provolone cheese, shredded
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
1 c. flavored bread crumbs
butter
Preparation

In a saucepan saute onion in olive oil until golden and tender.
Add artichokes and stir over low heat for about 15 minutes.
Stirring often, add cheeses and bread crumbs.
Mix well. Pour into well greased casserole.
Sprinkle with a little bread crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
