Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    appr. 3/4 medium size box of macaroni
    appr. 1 lb. Velveeta cheese*
    1 can evaporated milk
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni until most of the water boils out.
    (Leave some water in). Cut the Velveeta into chunks and drop into macaroni to melt. Add margarine and evaporated milk. Simmer until cheese and margarine are melted. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted or lightly brown.
