Double Trouble Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. cream
    1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a saucepan over low heat, melt the semi-sweet chocolate pieces with 2/3 cup of the sweetened condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of the cream and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla.
    Remove from heat when thoroughly melted and spread evenly into a foil-lined 9-inch square pan.
    In another saucepan over low heat, combine the remaining ingredients and heat until thoroughly melted.
    Remove from the heat; spread evenly over the layer already in the 9-inch pan.
    Chill for 2 hours.
    Turn fudge over and out onto a cutting board; slice to appropriate size.
