Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. chopped onions
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. milk or tomato juice
    1 egg (unbeaten)
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix thoroughly using a fork to avoid packing.
    Place in ungreased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Place on a hot platter and arrange a buttered vegetable such as small boiled potatoes, onions or sliced carrots around the meat loaf.
