No-Bake Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can chilled evaporated milk
    1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Empty jello in small bowl.
    Add boiling water.
    Stir until jello is dissolved.
    Cool.
    Cream the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in medium size bowl.
    Crush graham crackers and add melted butter, mixing until crumbly.
    Empty 2/3 of crumbs in a 10-inch baking dish or pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
    Press into even layer on bottom of pan.
    When lemon mixture begins to thicken, add lemon juice to chilled milk.
    Whip until stiff and holds peaks.
    Fold into jello mixture lightly but thoroughly.
    Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
    Chill 2 to 3 hours before serving.
