Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 c. unsweetened apple juice
1 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Combine 3/4 cup sugar and cornstarch in large pan; stir in water and apple juice.
Boil.
Add rhubarb; return to boil.
Cook 5 minutes or until rhubarb is tender and thick.
Pour into 9-inch dish.
