Eggplant Salad Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant
    1 medium onion, grated
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. oil to taste
    1 tsp. mayonnaise to taste
    salt
Preparation
    Wrap eggplant in aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until soft.
    Remove skin.
    Mash with other ingredients.
    Serve on bread, crackers and/or pita bread.
