Spinach-Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 (10 oz.) boxes spinach, thawed and drained
    14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (save 1/2 c. for top)
    1 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese (save 1/2 c. for top)
    2 Tbsp. green Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Saut butter and onion until soft, about 5 minutes.
    Add to spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, both cheeses and Tabasco sauce.
    Mix well.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake about 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
