Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. red beans (kidney)
    1 lb. Polish sausage, smoked and sliced
    1 lb. ham, diced
    1 to 2 green peppers, diced
    1 to 2 medium onions, diced
    2 to 4 cans stewed tomatoes or substitute fresh tomatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 to 2 garlic cloves, crushed
    Italian seasonings to taste
Preparation
    Soak red beans overnight.
    Put into Dutch oven, meats, beans and vegetables.
    Simmer until beans are soft.
    Serve over rice.
