Blueberry Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent dinner rolls
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 egg, separated
    1 can blueberry pie filling
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Unroll 1 can of rolls.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch buttered baking dish.
    Pinch edges together.
    Cream sugar, egg yolk, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Add cream cheese and mix well.
    Spread over the rolls that were placed in baking dish.
    Spread blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese mixture.
    Unroll the other can of rolls and place on top of this mixture.
    Brush with egg white. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until top is light brown.
