Italian Fried Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Rigiata
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in bowl.
    Place teaspoon each in hot oil until golden.
    Drain; sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
