5-Minute Fat-Free Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can chili tomatoes
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans (undrained)
    2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    grated cheese and chopped onion (garnish, optional)
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients (except garnish). Simmer over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Garnish with grated cheese and onion, if desired.
    Serves 4.
