Blackberry Sour Cream Pie - cooking recipe

1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. tapioca
4 c. blackberries
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Combine sugar, flour, salt, tapioca and berries.
Place in unbaked pie shell.
Spread sour cream over berries. Combine crumbs, remaining sugar, melted butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
Serves 6 to 8.
