Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer (2 1/2 or 3 lb.)
    self rising flour
    4 eggs
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown cut up fryer in hot fat. Add enough cold water to cover chicken (about 2 qt.). Cook until chicken is tender; add just enough salt to taste. Beat eggs; add enough flour for a thick dough. Roll real thin on floured paper; cut small pieces and add to chicken broth.
